Travis Simon
Co-Owner
With roots in concrete and framing work dating back to the late ’90s, Travis has built a career managing high-stakes civil projects from the ground up. He’s led field teams on multi–$50 million jobs and overseen operations for large contractors, developing a deep understanding of both execution and leadership. As co-founder, he ensures every project runs with discipline, efficiency, and a strong focus on results.
Ryan Kniefel
Co-Owner
Ryan brings over a decade of hands-on experience in civil construction, with a background that spans from estimating, project management, and structural leadership. Starting in landscaping during high school and earning a Construction Management degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Ryan built his career with a sharp focus on quality, cost control, and execution. As co-founder, he ensures every project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and accountability.
